1. Schedule a meeting – a quick 30 min meeting where you share your frustrations about your current home and the folders full of pinterest images showing your dream layouts and interiors.
2. Design and visualize – During a collaboration Design Process. See what is possible through the use of 2D & 3D Plans.
3. Set the Wheels in Motion – Receive Planning Permission (If required) and all necessary Design Documentation to get your Project started.

- Measured survey of the existing house so plans can be drawn up to scale.
- Establishment of design brief to establish client requirements.
- Initial design, focusing on orientation, space and site specific requirements.
- Issuing of different design plans in 2D & 3D formats to show the proposed design to help you visualise what is possible from your home.
- General advice on initial budget.
- All parts of the Design Package
Plus:
- Work with specialist consultants is incorporated if required.
- If planning permission is required then a planning application is prepared and submitted.
If the proposed design is exempt from planning requirements then a section 5 application is submitted to the local planning authority in order to gain an exempt planning declaration confirming the same.
All parts of both the Design and Approval Packages.
Plus:
- Complete cost analysis on the approved design.
- Complete Construction Details on the approved design.
- Submit the Commencement Notice for the proposed works to the Approval Authority 2 weeks prior to commencement of works
- Carry out periodic inspections to inspect the general progress and quality of the work.
- Issue an Opinion of Compliance with Planning and Building Regulations upon completion of works.
